Reordering Validation Rules

While editing an entity object with the Entity Object Editor or editing entity attributes in the Attribute Editor, you can reorder validation rules in the Validation page. This is useful when you have multiple validation rules per attribute and want to control the order of rule firing.

To reorder a validation rule:

1. In the Validation page, select a rule in the Declared validation rules list.

2. Click the up or down arrow button to move the selected item up or down by one position.
