Wizards

Oracle Portal includes many wizards to speed up and simplify the development process. Wizards go through tasks step-by-step, prompting for information in a way that is easy to understand. Midway through a task, a wizard may display a Finish button. Clicking this button completes the task, with Oracle Portal supplying intelligent default values for the remaining steps. It is easy to change these defaults later, if necessary. Look out for error messages that are displayed at the top of the wizard—you will not be able to continue until you have resolved the problem that is causing the error.
