In Enterprise Manager version 2 all administrators have accounts within a single repository. Administrators access account information by connecting through a designated Management Server. The repository contains the current view of the network and administrator-specific information. The repository is created with one Super Administrator account named 'Sysman'. The Sysman Super Administrator then logs into the Console and creates other users with the Manage Administrators command.
