I open the Event Viewer and reassign ownership of the event to Michaela. I also confirm that she has full permissions to see and work with this event by viewing the object permissions for this event. I then click the Log tab, make a note that I need to get back to my main task for the day, and enter my suggestions for fixing the problem and some helpful background information.
