Each time an end user accesses a folder, Oracle WebDB records information about the request (or "hit"). Oracle WebDB also records information about searches performed. WebDB site users can log on to the site and view reports and charts that show which folders are most popular, or what type of searches users are performing and how successful those searches are.

These monitoring features enable those maintaining the site to find out what their users are most interested in, and how to improve the user experience.
