You can administer targets and their objects directly in the Navigator, with menu commands, context menus, and the console toolbar. You can also launch an integrated DBA tool to accomplish the same task. Note that some commands are only available when you select the appropriate type of object. For example, if you want to create a user, you must first select an existing user or the Users folder.
