Each administrator who
receives the alert can then
view/edit the event occurrence, or
log that they have seen it with
the Acknowledge Alert
command. In either case, the
new information marker is
removed from the flag. If an administrator does not view or acknowledge the alert, the flag on that administrator's console continues to display the new information marker until the alert is resolved. |
