1. Navigate to the Personal Worklist Views page.

The Personal Worklist Views page displays all existing views for the role you are logged in as, including both preconfigured views provided by Oracle Workflow and your personalized views. For each view, the list displays the view name, description, last update date, and whether the view is set as your default view.

2. To update a view, select the view and select the Update button. See: To Create or Update a Personal Worklist View.

Note: You can only update personal views that you created. You cannot update the preconfigured views provided by Oracle Workflow.

3. To delete a view, select the view and select the Delete button.

Note: You can only delete personal views that you created. You cannot delete the preconfigured views provided by Oracle Workflow.

4. To create a view that is a duplicate of an existing view, select the existing view that you want to copy and select the Duplicate button. See: To Create or Update a Personal Worklist View.

5. To create a new view, select the Create View button. See: To Create or Update a Personal Worklist View.

6. You can also select the Return to Worklist link to navigate back to the Worklist.
