In the Configuration Setting Editor screen -- Scalability Panel, the Profile radio button is selected and New Profile displays in the Profile textbox. The left pane displays a tree view of the settings and the PeopleSoft and Scalability expanded. Under Scalability, there is a checkmark in the Use Global Settings.
