Implement Wizard - Define Application View

The Implement Wizard - Define Application View screen displays the following fields:

• Modify Fields button: - Not selected
• Object Name: - Empty textbox

Below these fields is a pane with an empty table named Attributes.  The column headings are:

• Name:
• Type:
• Owner/v...:
• Array:
• Default:
• IN/OUT/I...:

The Import button is selected and CICS is highlighted in the dropdown menu.
