Figure 2-4 shows the default OCA
installation configuration, consisting of an Oracle9i Single Sign-on
(SSO) instance, an OCA instance, and an Oracle9i database, which
contains an instance of Oracle Internet Directory (OID). Double-headed
arrows connect SSO with both SSO and the database. Another arrow points
from the OCA instance to the database.

The diagram shows web clients connected by double-headed arrows to
either the SSO instance or to Oracle Wallet Manager. Separately, thick
clients connect directly to the Oracle Wallet Manager, which then connects
to Oracle9iAS.
