This figure shows geographically distributed deployment of Oracle Web Conferencing. In this deployment, a set of Real-Time Collaboration instances (Core Components+Document and Voice Conversion Servers) is located in the United States and another set of Real-time Collaboration instances is located in the United Kingdom. Both are in the demilitarized zone (DMZ). A load balancer, also in the DMZ, routes requests to the Oracle9iAS mid-tier plus Real-time Collaboration Core Components machine of each location.

The Oracle Real-time Collaboration Repository and Oracle9iAS Infrastructure are located in the company intranet.
