Description
Sets the value of the comments attribute.
The comments attribute is reserved for use by interMedia. You can set your own value, but it could be overwritten by Oracle interMedia Annotator or by the setProperties(byte[ ] [ ], boolean) method.

java.sql.SQLException
This exception is thrown if an error occurs accessing the comments attribute.
