The figure shows the topology up to this point. The topology now includes the following:

• Microsoft Cluster Server and Oracle Fail Safe installed on each node in the cluster

• Oracle home for the OracleAS Metadata Repository cold failover cluster database on the local storage of each node in the cluster

• Data files for the cold failover cluster database on the shared storage

• Data transfer from the source OracleAS Metadata Repository to the cold failover cluster database

• OracleAS Metadata Repository on the cold failover cluster database associated with Oracle Fail Safe

• Source Oracle Identity Management instance associated with the OracleAS Metadata Repository running on the cold failover cluster database

• New Oracle Identity Management instance running on the cluster nodes

• Oracle home for the new Oracle Identity Management instance on the shared storage
