This graphic illustrates the various keypad commands within the Oracle Voicemail & Fax personal options menu and is further explained in the subsequent text.
The primary menu command is 5 to set personal options. There are three secondary options: press 1 to record a new voice mail greeting; press 2 to activate a greeting; press 3 to change your voice mail password.
After pressing 1 to record a new voice mail greeting, press 1 to record a personal greeting; press 2 to record a vacation greeting; or press 3 to record only your name. Press 1 to review the new greeting. Press 1 to rerecord a greeting or press 2 to save the greeting. Press 1 to activate a greeting or press * to return to the previous menu.
After pressing 2 to activate a new voice mail greeting, press 1 to activate your personal greeting; press 2 to activate your vacation greeting; or press 3 to activate the default greeting.
After pressing 3 to change your voice mail password, enter and confirm a numeric password and press 1 to commit the change or press * to cancel and return to the previous menu.
