Specifies dynaset cache, Fetch parameter for the dynaset created from the PL/SQL cursor.

void DynasetCacheParams( long SliceSize, long perblock, long Blocks, long FetchLimit, long FetchSize)

| SliceSize | Cache slice size. |
| perblock | Cache slices for each block. |
| Blocks | Cache maximum number of blocks. |
| FetchLimit | Fetch array size. |
| FetchSize | Fetch array buffer size. |
This should be called before executing the PL/SQL procedure containing cursor variable. By default, the dynaset is created with default cache and fetch parameter specified in the registry.
