REP-1843: Format masks with exponent fields must have exactly one digit before the decimal point.

Cause:

You entered a scientific notation format mask, but had no digits or more than one digit to the left of the decimal point.

Action:

If you had more than one digit to the left of the decimal point, delete digits until there is only one to the left of the decimal point. If you had no digits to the left of the decimal point, add one digit.
