SSOCONN and AUTHID are both used in the command line. The AUTHID value overwrites the SSO userid, and SSOCONN requires the SSO userid. Therefore, using the keywords together on the command line causes a conflict.
Action:
Remove either SSOCONN or AUTHID from the command line.
