Use the Top/Bottom tool to select the dimension values with the greatest or least data values in a particular measure. For example, you might select the top 10 cities based on Sales of the Audio Division product line in the first quarter. Or you might select cities in the bottom 30 percent based on Sales of all products for the year.
Note: The search for top and bottom data values is restricted to one dimension value for each of the other dimensions of the specified measure.
To select the top or bottom dimension values:In the Selector dialog box, choose the Top/Bottom tool from the Selector toolbar.
Complete the Select Top/Bottom dialog box.
Choose OK.
