Collapse Vertically property

The Collapse Vertically property specifies whether the anchor should have zero height if the parent object does not print for some reason (for example, because of its Print Object On, Base Printing On, or Format Trigger properties). If the parent object does not print, the child object moves vertically into the space vacated by the parent.
