Use the Sort Members dialog box to specify criteria for sorting steps or members.
Sort Members Hierarchically button -- Specifies to sort using the hierarchy. A ConditionSortStep of type "Hierarchy" is created and added to the sort specification, which contains all the sort steps. The components in the Sort criteria box are disabled if this box is checked.
Sort Members By button -- Specifies that you want to make your own criteria for sorting the members, using the buttons on the right-hand side of the dialog.
Sort Criteria box -- Lists the sort criteria that you have previously specified. The box is empty until you use the Add button to create a sort criteria.
Add button -- Displays the Edit Sort Criterion dialog box, in which you specify information for a particular sort criterion.
Remove button -- Deletes the selected sort criterion from the Sort items by box.
Edit button -- Displays the Edit Sort Criterion dialog box, in which you can edit the information for the selected sort criterion. You can also use the hyperlinks within the sort criterion to edit it.
Move Up button --Moves the selected sort criterion up one position in the Sort items by box.
Move Down button -- Moves the selected sort criterion down one position in the Sort items by box.
Then Move box -- Specifies which members to move to which positions, after the sort criteria that are specified in the Sort items by box are completed.
Add button -- Displays the Edit Move dialog box, in which you specify which member to move to which position.
Remove button -- Deletes the selected move criterion from the Then move box.
Remove All button -- Deletes all the move criteria from the Then move box.
Edit button -- Displays the Edit Move dialog box, in which you can edit the information for the selected move criterion. You can also use the hyperlinks within the move criterion to edit it.
