Report Language property

The Report Language property is one of the accessibility properties designed to make reports accessible to the disabled community when output to HTML or PDF. This property specifies the Language-Territory information for the report. This aids assistive technologies to change elements such as accent, pronunciation, and vocalization when the contents are read by a screen reader.

Language-Territory specification as mandated by ISO 639. For example:
EN-UK for English, United Kingdom.
PT-BR for Brazilian Portuguese

Default

USER_NLS_LANG settings, if specified.

If USER_NLS_LANG is not specified, NLS_LANG settings are used.

If NLS_LANG is not specified, default to EN-US.
