Report Wizard: Form Letter Text page

To specify the text for your form letter report:

  1. Click a field in the Available Fields list.

  2. Click the right arrow (>) to place the field in the Form Letter Text area.

  3. Add any desired spacing or punctuation by clicking the appropriate button (that is, New Line, Space, Dash, Comma, or Period).

  4. Repeat Steps 1 through 3 until all of the desired fields are in the Form Letter Text area.

  5. (Optional) Click in the Form Letter Text area and edit the text as desired.
