This property is introduced in Oracle Reports 10g Release 2 (10.1.2) to specify table attributes for paper-based reports generated to HTML output.
When a report is generated to HTML output, frames and repeating frames are
converted to HTML tables. The Table Attributes (HTML) property for reports specifies
the border
, cellspacing
, cellpadding
,
and width
attributes to be inserted into the <table>
tag when generating HTML output for a report. Specifying these attributes allows
you to precisely control the HTML output. For example, if printed HTML output
does not print the entire width of a table, you can set the width
attribute to the exact desired width.
This property is supported when generating your paper layout reports to spreadsheet output for displaying in Microsoft Excel.
Note: The Table Attributes (HTML) property for frames and repeating frames is implemented only for JSP-based Web reports, whereas this Table Attributes (HTML) property for reports applies to paper-based reports generated to HTML output.
