REP-309: Unable to connect to the specified database after three attempts. Access denied.

Cause:

Some part of the logon string you entered was incorrect. After three failed attempts, Reports Builder displays a dialog box with this message. Your only option from this dialog box is to accept it and then Reports Builder quits and returns you to the operating system.

Action:

Accept the dialog box. Confirm your logon information with your DBA, if necessary. Go back into Reports Builder and try connecting to ORACLE again. If the problem persists, you may have to get your DBA to create a new ORACLE logon for you.
