About Controlling Navigation

The default navigation sequence for items in a block and blocks in a form is determined by the arrangement of items and blocks in the Object Navigator. Oracle Forms also gives you complete control over navigation by allowing you to set properties at the form, block, and item level. By setting these properties at design-time or runtime, you can control whether operators can navigate to items, and in what order.
