The default form menu is an internal component of Oracle Forms; it is not a separate menu module (i.e., it is not a workable file). Oracle Forms automatically attaches the default form menu to any new form you create, unless you specify otherwise. The only time you must explicitly attach the default menu to a form is when the form's Menu Module property previously has been modified.
The default form menu includes standard commands that correspond to Forms Runtime function keys:

If you attach the default form menu to a form, Oracle Forms attaches the default menu toolbar to the form automatically. The menu toolbar consists of iconified buttons on a toolbar (placed at the top of your form, beneath the pull-down form menu) that are "shortcuts" to many default form menu items. (Items from the default form menu that appear on the default menu toolbar are marked with an asterisk (*) in the table above.
