|
Module |
Drop-down list displays the currently selected module. Click the drop-down list to choose another module. Instances of the same form are differentiated by numbers. For example, if you have: ModuleName_2 ModuleName_3 then you have three instances of the same form available -- the original form, instance 2, and instance 3. Forms automatically assigns a new number, incrementally, to each instance of the same form. |
Items tab |
Displays all the data blocks and items that belong to the selected module. |
Parameters tab |
Displays the forms parameters for the selected module. |
The Items and Parameters tabs contain the following:
Items/Parameters |
Data block, item, or parameter name. Expand a data block node to display the items in the data block. Expand a parameter node to display the list of parameters. |
Value |
Current value for the item or parameter. You can modify this value if it is not read-only. For example, display items, constants, and IN parameter values are read-only and cannot be modified. If the variable is read-only, the entire cell is highlighted when you try to edit it. If the variable is modifiable, only the value in the cell is highlighted when you select it. To edit a value, click inside the cell and type a new value. Press the Enter key to set the new value. If you enter an invalid value, a message box appears allowing you to change the value or revert to the original value. If you modify an item value, the new value is not stored in the database unless you commit the change. |
