This figure shows a J2EE and Web Cache middle tier that uses an existing database Repository with Identity Management. The Identity Management setup consists of the following services:

• Oracle Internet Directory

• Oracle Directory Integration Platform

• Oracle Delegated Administration Services

• OracleAS Single Sign-On

• OracleAS Certificate Authority

The Identity Management setup communicates with OracleAS Metadata Repository. The J2EE and Web Cache middle tier communicates directly with a separate existing database and with the Identity Management Services.
