This figure shows a single Oracle Home which is connected to an Oracle Database. The Oracle Home contains the following:

• Oracle HTTP Server

• An OC4J instance named OC4J_SOA which contains the SOA applications (BPEL, ESB, and OWSM)

• An OC4J instance named Home which contains Application Server Control and Java Single Sign-On

The Oracle HTTP Server connects to the OC4J instances using AJP. The two OC4J instances share the same Jazn-data.xml file.
