Verifying an Order Status

You can use a Siebel application window such as Sales to check the status of an order.

To verify an order status

The Oracle Receiver automatically imports any Oracle-generated order updates to Siebel Applications during its next scheduled run.

1. Open a Siebel application window and select the Order tab.
2. Click on the line displaying the particular order for details.
