Previewing a News Story (End User)
To view the news story before routing it for approval, use the Preview view tab in the Group News Authoring screen. This task is a step in Process of Managing Group News. To preview the news story
- From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Group News Authoring > News Inbox.
- In the News Stories list, select the news story, and then click the Preview view tab.
- In the Preview view, click the news story headline link to view the content.
