Importing Customizable Products

If your data includes customizable products built in Siebel eConfigurator, you must use XML to load them. Customizable products cannot be loaded using EIM. Customizable products have rules, scripts, and resources associated with them, so in order to migrate customizable products, you must use XML import and export functionality.
