Adding Product Detail Information

End users use Product Detail subviews to capture information about the products in the application. Siebel Finance supports multiple products under one application.

To add product detail information

  1. Navigate to the Applications screen > Applications List view.
  2. Drill down on an application, and click the Account Setup view tab.
  3. On the Account Setup list, select one of the following view links:
    • Account Funding
    • Account Services
    • Check Order
    • Credit Card
    • Debit card & CD
    • Loan Servicing
    • Loan Terms
    • Mortgage Detail
  4. In the Product Detail list, select a product.
  5. In the subviews, complete the necessary fields.
