Indicating Which Products an Account May Order Using Consumer Goods Handheld

Use the Siebel Web Client to set up which products a particular account may order from Siebel Consumer Goods Handheld.

To indicate which products an account may order

1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Accounts > Accounts List.
2. In the Accounts list, click the desired account record hyperlink.
3. Click the Distribution view tab.
4. In the Distribution list, for each product that can be ordered by the selected account, mark the Retail Order checkbox.
