Providing Access to PCD Content

PCD content can be made accessible to brand managers and sales operation managers by adding appropriate categories to the Literature record. You can create private categories for users you want to have access to the content by associating the categories to the PCD content.

To add category information for PCD content

1. Navigate to Document Administration > Literature > Category view.
2. Click Add and from the Sub Categories dialog, select the record that you want, and click OK.
3. Drill down on the Catalog Name and select Private in order to restrict visibility and to route the PCD content to the selected users.
