Managing Partner Training Courses


Siebel Training is fully integrated with Siebel PRM. Using the Siebel PRM Manager, brand owners can set up and manage Web-based video format courses, classroom-based courses with live instructors, courses on CD, and distance learning courses. In addition, brand owners can use the Siebel PRM Manager to host and deploy Web-based courses.

Siebel Training allows channel managers to deploy video, online, and in-class courses and tests for partner employees. You use the Siebel PRM Manager to:

  • Enter and administer information about courses, classes, curricula.
  • Enroll partners in training courses.
  • Track enrollments for courses and classes as well as performance on tests and progress toward curriculum completion.
  • Create certification tests, establish minimum passing requirements for tests, and track partner employees' performance on tests.
  • Build and maintain libraries that contain training materials that enrollees can download.
  • Develop, administer, and track the results of online tests.
