Reviewing Application Detail Inbox Information


Application Inbox views show all program applications submitted by registered partners. Prospective and qualified partners can apply for partner programs but their applications will not appear in these views until they are registered. For information on registering a partner, see Enrollment Process.

This task is a step in the Process for Approving an Application.

Use the following procedure to view application detail information.

To view application detail information (brand owner)

  1. Navigate to Partner Programs screen > Application Inbox link and select an application.
  2. Drill down on the application.

    The detail information appears in the More Info tab.

Reviewing Application Detail

The Application Detail view shows the program applications with the corresponding responses from the partner. These question/answer pairs can be in one of these two formats:

Smartscript Session: For questions where the Save Answer Table is checked. For more information on Smartscript, see Siebel SmartScript Administration Guide.

External Application: If membership applications are delivered using .jsp or .asp pages, the PPR Partner Program Application Detail Integration Component within the PPR Partner Program Integration Object must be used for mapping and integration.

This task is a step in the Process for Approving an Application.

Use the following procedure to view application information.

To view the application detail information (brand owner)

  1. Navigate to Partner Programs screen > Application Inbox link > Application Detail tab.
  2. Select each question in the Question field and review the applicant's answers in the Answer field.

Reviewing Application Attachments

The Attachments view is where that attachments that the partner has uploaded appear.

This task is a step in Process for Approving an Application.

Use the following procedure to review attachments associated with the application.

To view the application attachments (brand owner)

  1. Navigate to Partner Programs screen > Application Inbox link.
  2. Select and drill down on the application you want, and click the Attachments tab.

    The attachment(s) display on the Attachments applet.

  3. Review all attachments.

Reviewing Application Activities

Brand owner and partner users can monitor the activities associated with approving an application. These activities fields can be populated based on an activity plan associated to the partner program.

Use the following procedure to review activities associated with the application.

To view the application activities

  1. Navigate to Partner Programs screen > Application Inbox link.
  2. Select and drill down on the application you want, and click the Activities tab.

Reviewing the Application Audit Trail

Updates to fields such as Status and Partner Names can be tracked in the Audit Trail.

This step is a task in the Process for Approving an Application.

Use the following procedure to view the audit trail.

To view the application audit trail (brand owner)

  1. Navigate to Partner Programs screen > Application Inbox link.
  2. Select and drill down on the application you want and click on the Audit Trail tab.
  3. In the Date field, select a date and view the information.

Reviewing Application MDF Programs

When the partner's application status is Approved, all MDF programs that are associated to the partner program appear in the MDF Program view. The brand owner can also generate new MDF program accounts for the partner from this view as needed.

This task is a step in the Process for Approving an Application.

NOTE:  The following procedure applies to the Advanced MFD option only. For more information, see Managing the Advanced MDF Option.

To view MDF programs associated with the application (brand owner)

  1. Navigate to Partner Programs screen > Application Inbox link.
  2. Select and drill down on the application you want and click on the MDF Programs tab.
  3. Review the MDF programs.
  4. Click Generate to generate an MFD program account for that partner.
