About Deleting an Employee
Because the synchronization level for employees is Export Only, if you delete an employee in Microsoft Outlook only, the employee record reappears in Microsoft Outlook the next time employee records are exported from the Siebel application. To remove an employee from the Microsoft Outlook contact list, do not delete the employee record in the Siebel application. Instead, users must remove their names from the Sync List for that employee. Related Topic
