Preparing the Hardware

Verify that the hardware you have chosen meets all requirements for running your Siebel Business Applications as well as the required third-party software. Verify also that the hardware is able to support the RDBMS, Siebel File System, Siebel Gateway Name Server, Siebel Server, and Siebel Database Server software. Also plan to support Siebel Tools developer workstations and Siebel Mobile Web Clients, where applicable.
