Upgrading the Newsletter Offer Type

Upgrades: Releases 7.0.x, 7.5.x.

Environments: Production test, production.

This postupgrade task is not mandatory but may be required by local business processes.

As of Release 7.7, the offer type eNewsletter is obsolete. If you have existing offers that are of type eNewsletter, revise the type to Email.

To upgrade the offer type

1. Navigate to Offers > All Offers.
2. Query for Channel = eNewsletter.
3. For each offer, change the offer type to Email.
