Adding a Siebel User

Upgrades: All upgrades.

Environments: Development environment only.

Through Siebel Client application administration, add the Siebel user (with administrative privileges) who executes the Database Server Configuration Wizard. This is the person whose user ID is entered when the Database Server Configuration Wizard prompts for Database User Name.
