This figure shows a dynamic discovery cluster with two 10.1.3.2.0 middle tiers. The first one contains Oracle HTTP Server and the second contains Oracle WebCenter Framework. The second Oracle home contains the following OC4J instances:

  This OC4J instance contains Application Server Control. It also runs WebCenter applications and Oracle Metadata Services. Jazn-xml and the system-jazn-data.xml file are on this instance.

• OC4J_WebCenter

  This OC4J instance contains the portlet container and portlet producers.

Oracle HTTP Server communicates with the OC4J instances using AJP.
