Setting Up Service Metrics

Follow these procedures to set up service metrics.

To set up service metrics

  1. Navigate to the Administration - Service screen > Service Metrics view.
  2. Create a record.

NOTE:  Service metrics are named in the Service Metrics list, but they are defined in detail in the Entitlements screen. See To define entitlement template metrics. After entitlements and service metrics have been defined, you can associate an entitlement with a service request. See To select an entitlement for a service request.
