Setting Up Meeting Email Notification Prompts
You may want to be prompted by the application to send email messages to meeting participants when you create a new appointment or modify an existing one. To set up a participant email prompt
- From the application-level menu, choose Tools > User Preferences.
The User Preferences screen appears.
- On the link bar, click Calendar.
The Calendar form appears.
- Select the empty Participant Email Prompt check box.
