About Monitoring Synchronization Sessions for Siebel Handheld Applications
You can monitor synchronization sessions and synchronization conflicts for Siebel Handheld applications from a number of screens within the Siebel Mobile Web Client. If you are using Direct Server Synchronization (DSS) or Direct Server Synchronization via Proxy (DSSvP), you do so by way of the Siebel Web Client. Every time a user synchronizes with the Siebel Server, a record is made. The following procedures relate to monitoring synchronization:
