Setting Up Indivisible and Configured Specific Space Suites

The process of creating specific space suites is similar to the process for setting up specific spaces.

This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Suites.

To set up an indivisible specific space suite

1. Navigate to the Property Administration screen > Properties list view.
2. In the Properties list, query for the required property record.
3. Click the link in the Property Name field and then click the Specific Space view tab.
4. In the Specific Space list, create a new record, and then complete the suite information such as Name, Physical Area, Usable Area and a description.
5. In the new record, select the Suite check box, and then save the record.

   If the Suite field is not displayed, click the menu button, choose Columns Displayed, and add the Suite field from here.

To set up a configured specific space suite

1. Navigate to the Property Administration screen > Properties list.
2. In the Properties list, query for the required property.
3. Click the link in the Property Name field, and then click the Specific Space view tab.
4. In the Specific Space list, create a new record, and complete the fields.

   NOTE:  Make sure the check box is selected in the Suite field.

5. Scroll down to the Components list and click New.
6. From the Add Component dialog box, select an indivisible specific suite space, and click OK.
7. Save the records.
8. Repeat Step 4 and Step 5 to select additional components.
