Verifying Hospitality Workflows Are Active


Perform the following steps to verify that the status of each Hospitality workflow process is active.

This task is a step in Administrator Setup Tasks.

To verify that Hospitality workflows are active

  1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigate > Site Map > Administration - Business Process > Workflow Processes.
  2. In the Workflow Processes list, query for the query for all workflows that contain the string SHM (use the query string *SHM*).
  3. Validate that the Status field in each workflow is set to Active.
