Time Shifting Event Functions and Room Blocks

As part of setting up function spaces and sleeping rooms with relevant attributes, users can shift booking times for functions and sleeping rooms. They can perform time shifts as well as review details and summaries using the following views, which are available from the Quotes screen's Time Shift view:

• Function Shift view
• Room Block Shift view
• Summary view
• Function Shift (Revenue) view

This task is a step in Process of Working with Event Inventory.

NOTE:  The property associated with the functions or room blocks that a user wants to time-shift must have both profit series and day parts defined. If no profit series or day parts are defined, an error message appears when the user attempts to perform a time shift.
