Viewing the Property Calendar

The Property calendar shows quotes, special dates, and sell notes for a property. The user can view information in weekly and monthly formats, navigate to a different date, and print the calendar.

When users drill down on quotes, the quote's Summary view appears. When users drill down on sell notes links, the property's Sell Notes view appears. When users drill down on special dates, the property's Pricing Admin > Sell Notes view appears. For more information about quotes, see Managing Property-Specific Event Quotes.

This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Properties.

To view the Special Dates calendar

1. Navigate to the Property screen > Properties list view.
2. In the Properties list, query for the required property record.
3. Drill down on the Property Name hyperlink.
4. Click the Property Calendar view tab.
