To rebuild the databases, you must delete the local databases and userauthentication.xml files. Logging In as a Different UserTo log in to an existing data source as a different user, you delete the existing userauthentication.xml file, and restart the Sync application. NOTE: Log in as a different user only when the local databases are empty; that is, before data is downloaded from Siebel CRM. Otherwise, the local databases will contain data from two different users or sales representatives.
