Customizing Notifications

The Siebel Life Sciences applications can send email notifications to users, for example when the status of a professional's sample order is changed to Confirmed or Shipped.

The tasks involved in customizing notifications are the following:

• Setting up communications driver profiles
• Modifying email workflow processes
• Modifying email templates
