Capturing Different Types of Addresses for Each Site (End User)

Users can add a specific type of addresses for each site.

To add an address type for a site

1. Navigate to the Site Management screen > Protocol Site List view.
2. In the Protocol Site list, drill down on the Site # of the protocol site for which you want to add an address type.
3. In the Addresses tab view, create a new record, and complete the necessary fields.

   Some fields are described in the following table.

   Field	Comments
   Description	Enter a description for the address.
   Address Type	Select an address type from the list of values to associate with the site.
   Address Line 1	Select the appropriate site location from the MVG.
