Applying Protocol Site Activity Templates

You can simultaneously apply one or multiple site-activity templates across one or multiple sites for a study. Activity records of type, document and site initiation, are displayed in the Site Management > Document Tracking view. Correspondence activity types are displayed in the Site Management > Activities view.

The templates applied through this action are also displayed in the Site Management > Activity Plans view for each of the sites selected.

To simultaneously apply one or multiple activity templates to multiple sites in a region

1. Navigate to the Regions screen > Region List view.
2. In the Regions list, drill down on the Region for which you want to apply an activity template.
3. In the Sites tab view, select the sites for which you want to apply an activity template.
4. Click Apply Template and from the Templates dialog, select one or multiple activity templates that you want to apply to the selected site.
5. Click OK.

To simultaneously apply one or multiple activity templates to multiple sites in a protocol

1. Navigate to the Protocol screen > Protocol List view.
2. In the Protocols list, drill down on the Protocol for which you want to apply an activity template.
3. In the Sites tab view, select the sites for which you want to apply an activity template.
4. Click Apply Template and from the Templates dialog, select one or multiple activity templates that you want to apply to the selected site.
5. Click OK.
