Executing Marketing Programs from Start to Finish


To execute a marketing program, you need to complete the following tasks:

1 Create a marketing program. See Designing Marketing Programs.
  1. Create your target segments for each campaign. See Marketing Segments and Segment Trees.
  2. Create offers and treatments. See Creating and Using Offers and Treatments.
  3. Plan response handling. See About Using Response Management.
  4. (Optional) Set up waves. See Setting Up Waves for Campaign Loads.
  5. Launch the program. See Launching Programs and Campaigns.
  6. Load the campaigns manually or schedule the stage for automatic execution. To load campaigns, see Launching Campaigns Manually. To schedule a stage, see Scheduling a Stage Execution.
