You cannot add or edit an account in Oracle Mobile Sales Assistant. To find an account you can use any of the following methods:
To search the Siebel industry application, you must have Internet access. Start by clicking the Search field. As you type, the locally cached data is filtered and displayed. If none of the locally cached records meets your criteria, press Enter. Oracle Mobile Sales Assistant queries the Siebel industry application for matching entries that you have permission to view. To display the details of an account, select the account's entry. The details include: These details are available from the Menu. To call a phone number, click it, and press Menu. To display an address on a map, click it and press Menu. To send an email, click it and press Menu. In addition, the Account Detail screen has links that you can use to display more information:
