Server Component Type
Siebel Object Types > Server Component Type Siebel Server supports multiple component types; each type performs a specific function or job. A component type is configured with a set of arguments that determine its behavior to create a defined component (or simply component). CAUTION: Do not modify this object type. Any modifications can adversely affect performance.

Code Symbol (S) |
Uniquely identifies the server component type as an enum. This provides for faster searching than using the full descriptive name. |

Same as Comments property. |
Display Name (S) |
Name of the component type as it appears in the server manager. |
Key Based Routing (S) |
A TRUE or FALSE value. If TRUE, some Batch Mode Components can control the partitioning and routing of requests. These components can register a key or set of keys so that they get only the requests that match these keys. |
