Taxing Customizable Products

Tax calculation is more complicated for customizable products because not all product components may need to be taxed. By default, for tax calculation, Siebel eSales submits the price of the product that is rolled up from its components. This means that if some of the component items do not need to be taxed, the tax calculation will be inaccurate.
