About Installing Mobile Search

This chapter covers installation of Mobile Search, and installation of Siebel components related to Mobile Search. Before beginning the Siebel installation process, see Siebel System Requirements and Supported Platforms on Oracle Technology Network. The Siebel Mobile Client must be installed before installing Siebel Mobile Search. See Siebel Remote and Replication Manager Administration Guide for information on the Siebel Mobile Web Client and Siebel Remote.

NOTE:  Siebel Mobile Search is supported only on the Windows operating system.
