UCM Daily Publish

This workflow calls the UCM Publish Subscribe business service's Publish Method to work in Batch mode. It picks up the updates and new records that each external system (whose "Publish Frequency" = "Daily Batch") is configured to receive within a given (start and end) date time interval after the last publish date time.

The user property ReloadSystemsCounter-10 (default value) is used by Pub sub in batch mode so as to reload the system configuration information after the set number of iterations.
